Failure to fulfill any other lease obligation within five (5) days of notice. Any actions that threaten or cancel the Landlord’s insurance policy. Unauthorized use, transfers, or occupancy of the Premises. Bankruptcy, insolvency, or creditor arrangements by the Tenant. Appointment of a receiver over the Tenants assets.
